As a qualified Art Therapist, I love weaving the therapeutic side of creativity into our classes and community. Over the years, Iâve seen so many reasons why people hesitate to start, or even stop, learning new things. Whether itâs fear of making mistakes, feeling like itâs too late to learn, or struggling to make time for yourself with everything else going on⌠youâre not alone.
Each week, I share gentle Art Therapy reflections over in our community to remind us all that our hobbies arenât just something âextraâ; theyâre a meaningful way to care for ourselves when life feels overwhelming. Taking time to create is not only okay, itâs essential for reconnecting with joy, calm, and confidence.
